Yes. Your clinic provides in-house lab draws done right at the time of your visit. Once your lab draw has been completed, a courier service will pick up your sample and take it to the lab for diagnostic testing. Once the lab processes your tests, the clinic will be notified of your results, and the lab will bill your insurance for the diagnostic services. You may receive a bill directly from the lab if your insurance does not cover the full amount. It is your responsibility to pay any bills that you receive from the lab or any other medical facilities outside of your clinic.
Your clinic provider will be able to refer you to a specialist within your insurance network. The team will work with you to find the most optimal specialty care for your specific needs.
Your clinic team sees children of all ages. While care can be provided for toddlers and babies, we do recommend maintaining your care with your child’s pediatrician. The clinic does not provide Well-Baby Vaccinations currently.
Your clinic is available to you if your employer deems you eligible for access. If you have a question on whether you are eligible to use the clinic, we recommend you contact your employer for additional information.
Yes, if your family member is on the roster that is provided by your employer, your family member will be able to use the clinic. Dependents under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Your clinic provides a wide range of services including: preventative physicals and vaccinations, acute care, chronic condition management, primary care services, laboratory services, and more.
Yes, the clinic provider has the ability to write prescriptions for your medication, upon assessment and examination of any pre-existing conditions. If your condition is complicated or requires specialty care, your provider may advise you to continue your medical care with your current specialist.
Imaging services, including x-ray, will be done by an imaging center within your insurance network. Your clinic team will help you find an imaging provider that will offer the most optimal service for your specific needs. You may receive a bill from the imaging center if your insurance does not cover the entire cost of the service. It is your responsibility to pay any bills that you receive from the imaging center or any other medical facilities outside of your clinic.
No. Your clinic does not provide emergency medical services. If you have an emergency, please call 9-1-1.
Yes, with your permission, your clinic can share your medical information with any other providers that you would like us to provide it to. Medical information is transmitted via Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and your clinic provider can work with any of your other care providers to help provide a comprehensive care regimen for you. To request the sharing of your personal health information, please ask your clinic team, and they will provide you with a written authorization form to sign.
Only your clinic provider team and you will have access to your personal health information. All of your medical files are kept in a triple-secured, HIPAA-compliant database. No personal health information is ever shared without your written consent.
